Remote settings

If they don't know how to turn up the volume or block SPAM calls, you can help them. SPC Care acts like a remote control that you can use to configure and make changes to your elderly loved one's POLARIS mobile phone.

Location

You no longer need your dad, mum, or grandparent to have a smartphone and know how to send you their location. SPC Care is able to find their position.

Notices for your peace of mind and for their safety

SPC Care informs you if your loved one's mobile phone is going to run out of battery, if they have missed calls, and if no activity has been recorded for 8, 12, or 24 hours (customisable).

Medical reminders

Monitor their physical activity and schedule reminders for their doctor's appointments in the app.

Can I add more than one elderly individual? +

Yes, you can manage multiple people from the same app as long as they have a compatible mobile.

Can I invite other people as caregivers to help me out? +

Yes, if you are the administrator of that elderly person's profile, you can invite other individuals to help you care for your seniors.
These additional caregivers must download the app and put the identifier you provide them with into the “add existing person under care” field (this identifier can be found in the elderly person’s profile), as well as the elderly individual’s date of birth.
